Alun Tradisi

The Alun Tradisi Group was founded in 2007 which consist of 6 members – Arie, Ayop, Amai, Shahrezza, Khazrin and Hasraniza. The members of this group are made up of graduates of diploma and degree courses from Music Arts Academy in 2005-2010 (Aswara) and came from various states including Sarawak, Perak, Negeri Sembilan and Kuala Lumpur.

The music of this group combines various genre such as traditional music, jazz, fusion and contemporary, and promise a stunning performance in every performance. Using a combination of Malay traditional musical instruments and western instruments, such as Malay Oud, Malay Rebana, accordion, a guitar and bass guitar will undoubtedly attract all.

The rebana is a Malay tambourine that is used in Islamic devotional music in Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, and Singapore and the Oud is a stringed instrument with a body shaped like a pear.

Often receive invitations to perform at official functions and informal gatherings such as hi-tea, dinners, and also launching ceremonies. This group is committed to introducing traditional music Malaysia to higher levels on par with other international music.

Due to Covid-19, Alun Tradisi is now a musical duo consists of Hasraniza and Sukhairi.
